Khidki sessions on self awareness with the team
An Alumni of Thapar Engineering College, Patiala, Harsh founded the organization with the passion and belief to create child-friendly safe spaces. His interest in behavioral understanding and emotional management has enabled the initiation of a culture of dialogue in the community with children, youth and the adults. He is laying the foundation for community connect programmes based on the ethos of participatory learning.
Her love for children, learning and questions creates Shailaja's belief of 'teaching from the heart, not just the head'. A deep desire to understand and partake of the learnings that communities provide, led her to share in HHK’s journey in 2020. With her extensive experience of working in schools, enabling the Circle Time and Lifeskills programs, she leads the Educator Program for curriculum and training for the organisation.
Always on the look-out for the good vibes, people & stories, Riya is the story-collector as well as story-teller of the organization. Someone who knows the journey of the organisation inside out, all you need to do is strike a conversation with her and you will get the exact ‘Feel’ of the work ! With the heartful creative sense of HHK's presence, Riya handles the overall representation of the organisation both digitally and personally.
An abundance of questions, reflections and theatre, Charu is someone who can surprise you with her impromptu and on the spot facilitation acts. She has been a theatre artist in her college life & now exploring theatre for cultivating self awareness through experiential learning workshops. She has the knack to ask the most difficult questions with most sincerity.
With a charming and somewhat uncommon combination of qualifications in Theatre and Physical sciences, Prashant brings a fresh perspective to facilitation. He finds delight in his ability to leverage his theatre training towards making traditional school subjects more engaging for young minds. At HHK, the blend of this ethos with the organizational culture is certain to create an exciting, enlivening energy for learning to thrive in.
Curious is the word that describes him well. In love with numbers and statistics, he is a true analyst. Currently, working as a Data Analyst in an MNC, Mehul handles the financial management system of the organisation and constantly works on upgrading the donation process timely to fit with the organization needs.
An in-house encyclopedia of the organization who can discuss any topic for hours, Arwinder is the one stop ‘technical’ solution provider to all our big as well as silly problems. Always asking relevant and logical reflective questions, he is our compass to get the topic on track whenever discussions get haywire.
